He is the Executive Secretary of the Association of Implantologists of Ukraine, which consists of the establishment of joint working groups with governmental and non-governmental bodies and institutions on the implementation and development of public health programs (Presidential Programs, Programs of the Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Health).
As Member of Technical Committee 181 (Dentistry, Quality management system) of SE Ukrainian Agency of Standardization (UAS), Dr. Nagorniak is consulted and actively helps to put in place processes to improve and develop the quality management standard in Ukraine.
Currently, he is the PRRC (Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance) for ISOLUTIONS SVK, s.r.o in Slovakia and recently for U-Impl Switzerland GmbH and U-Represent .
